Víctor Fernández (he/his) is Manager of Network as a Platform at Vodafone Group, responsible for leading the development of the APIs that will expose Network capabilities to 3rd parties and business platforms. Victor works to make Vodafone networks more flexible and accessible, lowering the barrier for new services and innovation .He also leads the Cellular-connected Drone program within Vodafone Group Technology, having co-authored several papers in this sector.
An advocate of Network APIs, he is currently looking after the Development Team within Network as a Platform, aiming to expand Vodafone opportunities from their core connectivity business by developing the APIs that will enable the exposure of Network capabilities to be consumed by the different Business platforms.
