Tanja Dreilich studied economics at Goethe University in Frankfurt until May 1996, graduating as a Diplom-Kauffrau. In October 2003, she earned her Executive MBA from WHU in Vallendar and Kellogg Business School in Chicago (dual degree). After 16 years in management positions at General Motors Corporation in Rüsselsheim, Zurich, Detroit, and New York, she became Group CFO of Nordzucker AG in 2007. This was followed by CEO and CFO positions at Nemetschek AG in 2012, leading it to the TecDAX in 2013, Group CFO of the Kirchhoff Group in 2014, and then Group CFO of Constantia Flexibles Holding GmbH in 2019. Since 2021, she has been Divisional CFO, SVP, at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, responsible for a global division with €8.5 billion in revenue. On January 1, 2023, she became a board member and, from February 1, 2023, CFO of HHLA, Hamburg, leaving the company on December 31, 2023. From 2015 to 2019, Tanja Dreilich was a member of the supervisory board and chair of the finance and audit committee of Grenke AG, MDAX. Since January 1, 2023, she has been a member of the supervisory board of Wieland Werke AG, Ulm, responsible for strategy, business development, cyber security, and artificial intelligence. She serves on various advisory boards and has been a board member of KI Park e.V., Berlin, since 2021, promoting artificial intelligence in research, education, and industrial applications in Germany and Europe.
