Pilar holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Sciences and brings over 27 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. With 25 years at SAP, primarily within the marketing organization, she then transitioned to focusing on customer success within the Demand Management Office. Prior to joining SAP, Pilar gained experience at IBM and JD Edwards.

In addition to her professional background, Pilar is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves as both a coach and mentor at SAP. She also represents SAP as an Ambassador for SAP NextGen, fostering innovation and collaboration among the next generation of tech leaders.

Pilar is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She actively participates in the Startup Program by Junior Achievement, where she has contributed as both a mentor and jury member. Her dedication to social impact was further demonstrated through her recent social sabbatical in Casablanca, where she supported a local startup.

Moreover, Pilar has been leading the EMEA 1BillionLIves program, an intrapreneurship initiative, and has co-founded a startup, "Being Parents," aimed at supporting parenthood in the workplace.

Outside her professional roles, Pilar's passion for mentorship and community engagement is key. Her broad experience, combined with her dedication to fostering growth and innovation, is part of her professional and life purpose.
