Throughout his career, Arnau has been focused on sustainability, product management and design, particularly as it relates to the clean energy transition. As the Head of Innovation for Wallbox, a global leader in EV charging and energy management systems, he current leads initiatives to drive user-centric innovation in eMobility and energy management.
Previous to his role at Wallbox Arnau was the Founder and Director of SimsaGroup Transenergy, and worked as product and project manager in sustainable and circular products for a number of other companies including, Seat - Cupra, Danone, and Ametller.
Aside from his experience leading clean-innovation in companies, Arnau has a strong academic background holding a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Design at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Masters in product design by Universitat Pompeu Fabra (ELISAVA). He also served as a professor of product design and engineering at UPC and spearheaded the design and development of a new Master’s program in sustainable design at Elisava, UPF, UVIC, where he also worked as the director of the program for three years.
A Barcelona native, Arnau loves to explore, is an avid surfer and passionate about the great outdoors.
