Arda Arslan is a professional who received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2004. His career began in 2003 when he started working as an intern at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Division. He continued his academic pursuits and obtained a master's degree in energy conversion and management from Offenburg University in Germany between 2004-2006.

Simultaneously, Arslan continued his work as an intern at the marketing department of Bosch Automotive Aftermarkey headquarters in Germany. In 2006, he began his active career as a product manager for Bosch in London, UK until 2008. Then, he was appointed as the product manager of Bosch headquarters in Germany.

Arslan has worked in Germany until 2012, where he held duties as a Senior Product Manager and Team Lead for in Business Unit Wiping Systems. He returned to Turkey in April 2012 and took over the position of Sales Project Leadership at Bosch Turkey. Arslan worked as the Marketing and Brand Management Manager at Bosch Thermotechnology between 2013-2015.

After this task, between 2015-2019, he served as the Country Sales Director at Bosch Turkey's Automotive Aftermarket division , where he held important responsibilities including turnover, profitability, company profit and loss management, logistics, customer relations, and team development.

As of January 2020, Arslan is the Turkey and Middle East Regional Vice President of Bosch Mobility Division, responsible for 17 countries in Turkey, Iran, UAE, KSA, Jordan, and Middle East Region.

In his current role, Arslan is responsible for the business division serving Sales, Marketing, After Sales Support, Supply Chain Management and Bosch Service Management in the largest independent vehicle repair service chain worldwide, 'Bosch Car Service', which has more than 15,000 members globally.
