Last week, as every Thursday took place TheNTWKTalk of the week: “The three dimensions of Open Innovation”, by Marisol Menéndez, CEO and Founder of Bilakatu, in conversation with Marina Planas, CEO and Co-Founder of TheNTWK, and of course, you NTWKers!
🤓 On this special occasion we learned about open innovation and its effects on professional interactions and connections. Some of the main Takeaways:
✅ There is value in collaborating with others; every company is aware that they don’t know it all
✅ An ecosystem is a network of relationships where value and knowledge flow. It is a deliberate connection
✅ The most common mistake today is not learning from others. There is a culture of sharing, so don't open new initiatives without first learning from the ecosystem
✅ The future is hiper-connected: we need people who are transversal and able to connect with others. The trend is that you need to be able to manage connections
✅ The problems we are facing with humanity can only be resolved in collaboration and in connection with others
